Saturday, December 5, 2026 An introductory, experiential day to explore how our personal history, family relationships, and the meanings we have developed throughout our lives may influence the way we feel, relate to others, and act. Sometimes we discover that certain reactions, fears, or ways of protecting ourselves keep repeating, even when we consciously wish to live differently. What are we trying to protect? What meaning does what we have experienced hold for us? What possibilities emerge when we can look at our experience from different perspectives? During this workshop, we will explore these questions through three complementary perspectives. 1. EMOTIONAL ARCHITECTURE · AE-7 MODEL An invitation to recognize the beliefs, meanings, and protective strategies that may be shaping our experience. We will be introduced to the Tree of the Seven Essential Prisons and explore how certain adaptations, which may have been useful at other times in our lives, can now limit our freedom to choose. We will broaden our perspective to include the family system to which we belong. We will explore how we experience our relationships, the places we occupy, and the bonds that may be connected to our present experience, without assuming stories or causes that we do not know. We will turn our attention toward the different stages of our own life story. An opportunity to observe how we relate to experiences from earlier stages of life, recognize the resources we have developed, and explore new ways of supporting ourselves in the present. This will not be a day devoted solely to listening to explanations. We will combine brief introductions, exploratory questions, experiential exercises, and constellation experiences in a small group. Our intention is not to impose interpretations or find a single explanation for what we experience. THE MAP GUIDES. THE PERSON REVEALS THE MEANING. Each participant will be invited to approach their experience at their own pace, with respect for their personal history, boundaries, and resources. This pilot workshop is an independent experience and, at the same time, an opportunity to become familiar with the approach we will explore in greater depth during the 2027 training program. The training program will begin in January 2027. Participants in the pilot workshop will receive priority access to information and registration for the training program. We have selected three PC Case Studies — Emotional Architect, available to read free of charge. Each case begins with an exploration using the AE-7 Model and is expanded through two complementary approaches.
