FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS & EMOTIONAL ARCHITECTURE · AE-7 MODEL

AUGUST 1–22, 2027
Bilingual Residential Training · English & Spanish
Accommodation and Full Board Included · Maximum 15 Participants
TWO COMPLEMENTARY DISCIPLINES. ONE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE OF LEARNING AND INTEGRATION.
Some forms of learning require more than a few hours of training.
They require time to observe, experience, share, practice, and allow what has been experienced to find its place.
This intensive program offers a 22-day residential immersion in Tenerife, bringing together two complementary approaches to personal exploration and facilitation:
Family Constellations: an exploration of our relationships, family dynamics, and the systems to which we belong.
Emotional Architecture · AE-7 Model: an exploration of the emotional structures through which we interpret our experiences, relate to others, and respond to life.
Over these 22 days, we will share a space for learning, personal inquiry, and practical experience, with close guidance and a maximum of 15 participants.
01 · AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
MORE THAN A SERIES OF COURSES
The residential format provides a continuity that is difficult to achieve through occasional workshops.
Living together, practicing, reflecting, and resting become part of a shared learning experience.
SMALL GROUP
Between 12 and 15 participants, with an absolute maximum of 15.
TWO INTEGRATED DISCIPLINES
Family Constellations and the AE-7 Model are explored from their respective perspectives and brought into dialogue through practical work.
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
Explanations, demonstrations, exercises, case studies, observation, and supervised practice.
TIME FOR INTEGRATION
August 7 and August 14 will be dedicated to rest.
RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Accommodation and full board are included throughout the stay.
02 · FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
EXPANDING OUR PERSPECTIVE TOWARD THE SYSTEMS WE BELONG TO
Family Constellations provide a space to explore our relationships and possible connections between individual experience and the family context.
During the training, we will explore:
- Foundations and principles of the systemic approach.
- Belonging, relationships, exclusions, and positions within the family system.
- Relationships across generations and possible family patterns.
- Formulating questions and working hypotheses.
- The role of representatives and observing their experiences.
- Movements and interventions during a constellation.
- The limits of interpretation and the facilitator’s responsibility.
- Supervised Family Constellations practice.
A CONSTELLATION IS NOT A PHOTOGRAPH OF FAMILY HISTORY.
What emerges during a representation provides information for further observation. It does not prove that events occurred exactly as represented.
We will learn to distinguish between what is observed, what is experienced, and the interpretations we may construct.
03 · EMOTIONAL ARCHITECTURE · AE-7 MODEL
THE SEVEN ESSENTIAL EMOTIONAL PRISONS
The AE-7 Model proposes exploring seven essential dimensions around which our emotional prisons may develop.
1. ADEQUACY
Our relationship with feeling adequate, acceptable, or good enough.
2. BELONGING
The need to be part of something, to be included, and to maintain our connections.
3. SIGNIFICANCE
The search for recognition, importance, and personal value.
4. SAFETY
The need for protection, stability, and predictability.
5. AGENCY
Our relationship with our ability to act, influence, and respond to challenges.
6. RESOURCES
Our perception of having what we need to sustain ourselves and navigate life.
7. INNER AUTHORITY
Our relationship with our own judgment, decisions, and ability to find direction from within.
WHAT WILL WE LEARN?
We will explore how certain interpretations of ourselves and the world may develop and become reinforced over time.
We will work with case studies, questions, emotional responses, and the identification of possible structures that influence our experience.
The purpose is not to place people into fixed categories, but to learn how to use the model as a map for personal inquiry.
04 · INTEGRATING BOTH DISCIPLINES
THREE COMPLEMENTARY PERSPECTIVES
EMOTIONAL ARCHITECTURE
What beliefs, interpretations, or emotional structures may be shaping my experience?
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
What emerges when I explore this experience in relation to my family system?
PERSONAL CONSTELLATIONS
What can we explore by representing different stages, aspects, or moments of my own life?
These perspectives do not necessarily lead to a single explanation or definitive conclusions.
Their value lies in expanding our possibilities for observation, generating new questions, and developing a broader understanding of personal experience.
05 · BILINGUAL TRAINING · ENGLISH & SPANISH
The training will be conducted directly by Ángel Primal in English and Spanish, moving naturally and flexibly between both languages according to the composition and needs of the group.
Each participant will be able to express themselves in the language in which they feel most comfortable.
Explanations, demonstrations, constellations, and practical exercises will take place in both languages, with clarifications provided as needed to help everyone follow the essential content.
Learning materials will be available in English and Spanish.
ONE INTERNATIONAL GROUP. TWO LANGUAGES. ONE SHARED EXPERIENCE.
06 · REQUIRED PRE-TRAINING PREPARATION
AN INTRODUCTION TO THE AE-7 MODEL AND THE THREE PERSPECTIVES
To participate in this intensive training, you must have previously studied three Emotional Architecture case studies:
Studying these cases will help you arrive with an initial understanding of the AE-7 Model and the three perspectives we will explore throughout the practical sessions:
Emotional Architecture, Family Constellations, and Personal Constellations.
You do not need to master these disciplines or have previous experience as a facilitator.
What is required is that you spend time studying the cases, observing the different perspectives, and reflecting on the questions they raise.
FREE EMOTIONAL ARCHITECTURE LABORATORY
As part of your preparation, we also recommend exploring the:
