01 · TRAINING FEES
EARLY-BIRD PRICE: €3,900
Available for reservations completed and accepted by May 1, 2027, inclusive.
STANDARD PRICE: €4,900
Applicable to reservations completed from May 2, 2027 onward.
Both prices include:
- 20 training days and 2 rest days.
- Shared-room accommodation throughout the stay.
- Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Training activities and supervised practice.
- Learning materials in English and Spanish.
PRIVATE ROOM
An additional €600 for the entire stay, subject to availability and explicit confirmation.
Flights, transportation to the venue, and personal expenses are not included.
WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION OPTION
Participants who arrange their own accommodation may request the option without accommodation while continuing to share meals with the group.
The applicable discount will be communicated individually before the reservation is finalized.
The final price and financial terms for this option must be explicitly confirmed before any payment is made.
02 · RESERVING YOUR PLACE
To reserve your place, you must:
- Request a place via WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Receive confirmation of availability.
- Read and expressly accept the registration, payment, and cancellation terms.
- Pay the €222 reservation deposit according to the instructions provided.
The reservation deposit will be deducted in full from the total training fee.
THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
Your place will be confirmed once the organizer has received the payment and expressly accepted your reservation.
Payment of the €222 deposit by May 1, 2027, inclusive, qualifies you for the early-bird price of €3,900, provided your reservation has been accepted and confirmed by that date.
Reservations confirmed after that date will be subject to the standard price of €4,900.
03 · PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE
Once the €222 reservation deposit has been paid, the outstanding balances will be:

FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE: JULY 1, 2027.
Participants may make partial payments before this date, provided the full amount is paid by the deadline.
Payment instructions and available payment methods will be communicated individually.
For registrations made after July 1, 2027, the full amount must be paid when confirming the reservation, subject to availability.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the registration, following prior notification to the participant and subject to any legally applicable refund rights.
04 · CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or Telegram.
The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the organizer receives the participant’s written notification.
Refunds will depend on the date of cancellation, the financial commitments already made, and the rights established by applicable law.
UNTIL MAY 31, 2027
A 100% refund of all payments exceeding the initial €222 reservation deposit will be provided.
FROM JUNE 1 TO JUNE 30, 2027
A 50% refund of all payments exceeding the initial €222 reservation deposit will be provided.
FROM JULY 1, 2027 ONWARD
In the event of voluntary cancellation, the participant will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, less only those cancellation expenses and non-recoverable financial commitments that may lawfully be charged to the participant.
These expenses may include accommodation and meal costs previously committed for the participant’s stay.
As a financial reference, accommodation and full board throughout the stay have an estimated value of €1,500 per participant.
THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT RETAINED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION WILL BE €1,500 PER PARTICIPANT, INCLUDING THE INITIAL €222 RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
This amount is a maximum limit, not an automatic cancellation penalty.
Only expenses that are genuine, verifiable, non-recoverable, and legally chargeable may be deducted.
If these expenses amount to less than €1,500, only the corresponding amount may be retained.
Under no circumstances will the initial reservation deposit be deducted twice.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES
If a participant has paid €3,900 and cancels on or after July 1:
- If the eligible, non-recoverable expenses amount to €800, the participant will receive a refund of €3,100.
- If they amount to €1,500 or more, the maximum retention under these terms will be €1,500, and the participant will receive a refund of €2,400.
These examples assume that the stated expenses may lawfully be charged to the participant. Any refund rights established by applicable law will take precedence over these terms.
CANCELLATION DUE TO JUSTIFIED CIRCUMSTANCES
In exceptional situations, such as serious illness or a duly documented force majeure event, the organizer will review the individual circumstances.
Possible arrangements may include:
- A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable rights.
- Transferring the reservation to another person who meets the participation requirements.
- Other mutually agreed arrangements.
These possibilities do not limit any statutory rights held by the participant.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds due under these terms will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days following confirmation of the cancellation and the refundable amount, without prejudice to any applicable statutory deadlines.
IMPORTANT · INITIAL €222 RESERVATION DEPOSIT
The initial €222 reservation deposit will be deducted in full from the total training fee.
In the event of voluntary cancellation, any retention of this deposit will be subject to the conditions above and to applicable statutory rights.
Under no circumstances will the €222 deposit be added to the maximum €1,500 retention limit established for cancellations from July 1 onward.
All conditions in this section will be applied in accordance with any rights of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund recognized by applicable law.
05 · CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER
If the organizer cancels the training before it begins, participants will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including the €222 reservation deposit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days following notification of cancellation, without prejudice to any additional rights that may apply under the law.
Travel expenses booked independently by participants are not included in the training fee. This exclusion does not limit any legal liability that may apply to the organizer.
Participants are advised not to book non-refundable flights or other travel services until the organizer has confirmed that the training will take place and announced the final venue.
06 · AVAILABILITY AND ACCOMMODATION
The training is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
Places will be allocated as reservations are completed and accepted.
Private rooms are subject to availability and require explicit confirmation.
The final accommodation and training venue details will be communicated once the facilities have been confirmed.
Accommodation and full board are included throughout the scheduled stay, August 1–22, 2027, including both rest days.
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated in advance to help participants plan their travel arrangements.
Any substantial changes to the accommodation arrangements offered will be communicated to participants, in accordance with their statutory rights.

Reserving a place implies acceptance of the terms communicated to and expressly accepted by the participant before payment, without prejudice to any rights established under applicable law.
The payment and cancellation terms applicable to each reservation will be those communicated and accepted when the reservation is confirmed, unless subsequent changes are expressly agreed upon by both parties or required by applicable law.
