Both prices include:
- 20 training days and 2 rest days.
- Shared-room accommodation throughout the stay.
- Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Training activities and supervised practice.
- Learning materials in English and Spanish.

An additional €600 for the entire stay, subject to availability and explicit confirmation.

You can participate in the training while staying in your own home or in accommodation you arrange independently.

02 · RESERVE YOUR PLACE WITH €222
You can request a place by making an initial payment of €222, which will be deducted in full from the total training fee.
THE €222 DEPOSIT IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. IT IS PART OF THE TOTAL PRICE.
To qualify for the early-bird price of €3,900, your reservation must be accepted and confirmed by May 1, 2027, inclusive.
Participation is limited to a maximum of 15 people.

STEP TWO · AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION
Once your request has been received, you will be informed about the availability of places and, where applicable, private rooms.
You will also receive instructions for paying the €222 reservation deposit.
DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT BEFORE RECEIVING CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY AND ACCEPTING THE RESERVATION TERMS.
STEP THREE · RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Once the organizer has received and accepted your payment, you will receive confirmation of your place and the information needed to complete your registration.

After deducting the €222 reservation deposit, the outstanding balances will be:

You may make partial payments before this date, provided the full amount is paid by the deadline.
For reservations made after July 1, 2027, full payment will be required when confirming your place.
05 · REQUIRED PRE-TRAINING PREPARATION
To participate in this training, you must study three Emotional Architecture case studies beforehand:
These case studies will help you become familiar with the AE-7 Model and the three perspectives we will explore during the training:
Emotional Architecture, Family Constellations, and Personal Constellations.
You may complete this preparation after reserving your place, provided it is finished before the training begins.

Previous experience as a facilitator is not required.
06 · RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Before making your first payment, it is important to understand the registration, payment, and cancellation terms.
The €222 reservation deposit is deducted from the total training fee and is generally non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds of additional payments depend on the date on which the cancellation is communicated.
For cancellations from July 1, 2027 onward, the maximum amount that may be retained under the published terms is €1,500 per participant, including the initial €222 deposit.
This is a maximum limit, not an automatic penalty. Only genuine, verifiable, non-recoverable expenses that may lawfully be charged to the participant can be deducted, subject to the participant’s statutory rights.
The full terms cover payment deadlines, refund criteria, exceptional circumstances, and cancellation by the organizer.
