PC-7-A-En — “It Is All Up to Me”
Exploration Through Family Constellations
Exploration Through Family Constellations in SPANISH >>>
In PC-7-En, we meet a woman who has learned to take responsibility, solve problems, work, support herself, and keep moving forward. Her mother has developed cancer and her father has died, and there is a strong sense of being alone and that:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.”
Through the AE-7 Model, we have investigated whether this phrase constitutes the prison itself or whether it may function as a protective strategy organized around something deeper.
Now we are going to do something different.
We are not going to try to confirm the architecture found through AE-7.
We are going to broaden our perspective toward the system to which she belongs.
And, if what appears justifies it, we may broaden the exploration even further toward previous generations.
Not because we assume that the present experience comes from her ancestors.
But because family history may contain events, repetitions, forms of adaptation, strengths, resources, and ways of relating to life that are worth exploring.
WHAT APPEARS WHEN SHE OBSERVES HERSELF IN RELATION TO HER SYSTEM?
We do not know the answer.
Therefore, we begin with a simple configuration:
HER · FATHER · MOTHER · “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
For “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME,” we introduce a representative, just as we do with the other elements in the configuration.
We do not assume what this phrase represents within the system.
We do not assume that it comes from her parents.
We do not assume that it has a transgenerational origin.
We simply want to observe what happens when the experience:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
is represented alongside her and her parents.
And we observe:
POSITION · DISTANCE · ORIENTATION · GAZE · TENSION · MOVEMENT
We are not looking to confirm a previous story.
We do not assume that she is occupying someone else’s place.
We do not take for granted that she had to support her parents.
We do not begin by looking for an exclusion, a loss, a loyalty, or a transgenerational entanglement.
Nor do we assume that her mother’s illness or her father’s death necessarily explains the experience of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.”
FIRST, WE OBSERVE THE PHENOMENON.
Then we investigate.
WE BEGIN WITH A SIMPLE CONFIGURATION
We place representatives for:
HER · FATHER · MOTHER · “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
We do not need to decide in advance where each representative should stand.
Once they are positioned, we allow some time for observation.
Where is each one looking?
What distance is there between them?
Who moves closer or farther away?
Does tension appear?
Does any representative spontaneously change orientation?
Is anyone particularly drawn toward another?
Does anyone want to look somewhere else?
Does an impulse to move appear?
What relationship appears between her and the representative of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”?
And between that representative and her father or mother?
Does nothing particularly significant happen?
That last possibility is also valid.
We do not need to interpret yet.
FIRST, WE OBSERVE.
THEN, WE INVESTIGATE.
INFORMATION IS NOT YET AN EXPLANATION
A constellation does not need to follow a predetermined path.
There may appear:
CLOSENESS · DISTANCE · IMMOBILITY · TENSION · CALM · MOVING CLOSER · MOVING AWAY · AN UNEXPECTED ORIENTATION
Someone may look toward another representative.
Or toward a place where we have not yet placed anyone.
The representative of “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” may appear close to her.
It may orient toward one of her parents.
It may move away.
It may remain apparently disconnected from the rest of the configuration.
Or it may produce no particularly significant movement.
All of this may become information.
But:
INFORMATION IS NOT YET AN EXPLANATION.
A daughter looking intensely at her mother does not, by itself, demonstrate what that gaze means.
A representative wanting to move away does not automatically tell us why.
Someone looking toward an empty space does not prove that there is an excluded person.
The representative of “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” appearing close to one of her parents does not demonstrate that this experience comes from that parent.
Several generations showing similar experiences does not prove that transmission has occurred.
The next question is:
WHAT IS THIS PHENOMENON EXPRESSING?
And we investigate without anticipating the answer.
BEFORE EXPANDING TOWARD PREVIOUS GENERATIONS
The Constellation can be enriched with real information about family history.
We are not trying to construct a genealogical theory that explains PC-7-En.
We are looking for facts that may provide territories for exploration.
We can investigate whether there were:
EARLY DEATHS · WIDOWHOOD · SEPARATIONS · MIGRATIONS · WARS · FINANCIAL LOSSES · ILLNESSES · ABANDONMENTS · EXCLUSIONS · RESPONSIBILITIES ASSUMED AT A VERY YOUNG AGE
We can also ask:
WHO WAS KNOWN AS “THE STRONG ONE” IN THE FAMILY?
WHO HAD TO SOLVE EVERYTHING?
WHO SUPPORTED THE OTHERS?
WHO LEARNED NOT TO DEPEND ON ANYONE?
WHO COULD RECEIVE HELP?
WHO COULD NOT?
But our ancestral exploration does not need to be limited to difficulties.
We can also ask:
WHERE DO STRENGTH, CREATIVITY, RESILIENCE, COURAGE, INITIATIVE, KNOWLEDGE, OR THE ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS APPEAR?
Because difficult stories are not the only things that can come to us from a family.
We may also receive:
STRENGTHS · CAPACITIES · KNOWLEDGE · RESOURCES
Genealogical information does not demonstrate what is organizing the present experience.
It gives us something we can investigate.
WHEN DO WE EXPAND THE CONFIGURATION?
We have already begun with:
HER · FATHER · MOTHER · “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
From there, we do not need to immediately introduce representatives for:
GRANDPARENTS · LOSSES · DEATHS · EXCLUSIONS · WORK · SUCCESS · HELP · RECEIVING · BELONGING · “I’M ALONE”
Any of these elements could eventually become useful.
But we introduce a representative for them only when there is a reason to do so.
That reason may come from:
something appearing in the representatives,
known biographical or family information,
or:
a question that emerges clearly enough during the exploration.
If a representative remains oriented toward an empty space, we do not automatically decide what is there.
We investigate.
If we know of a relevant family event that may be related to what we are observing, we can introduce a representative for the person, event, or element we want to investigate.
And see what happens.
WE PLACE.
WE OBSERVE.
WE COMPARE.
We do not need to prove a theory.
WE INVESTIGATE “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
The representative of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
is part of our initial configuration.
Now we can pay particular attention to what happens around it.
Where has it positioned itself?
Who is it looking toward?
Who is looking at it?
What distance does it maintain from her?
What happens when it moves closer or farther away?
Does her orientation change?
Does her relationship with her parents change?
Does any tension increase or decrease?
Does either parent react to its presence?
Does it seem particularly connected to someone?
Does nothing significant happen?
That last possibility is also information.
We can even temporarily remove the representative of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.”
And observe.
What changes when it is not there?
What remains the same?
Then we can reintroduce it.
And compare.
The purpose is not to demonstrate that “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” comes from the family system.
The purpose is to investigate:
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CONFIGURATION WHEN “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” IS REPRESENTED?
PHRASES AS EXPERIMENTS
During a Family Constellation, moments may arise when a phrase can help us explore what is happening.
We might try, for example:
“YOU ARE MY PARENTS.”
“I AM YOUR DAUGHTER.”
Or, considering that her father has died:
“YOU DIED.”
“I AM STILL HERE.”
But these phrases are not true interpretations that we introduce into the configuration.
A PHRASE IS NOT A TRUTH WE INTRODUCE INTO THE FIELD.
IT IS A MOVEMENT WE CAN TEST AND WHOSE RESPONSE WE OBSERVE.
What happens in the representative’s body?
Does tension increase or decrease?
Does breathing change?
Does closeness or rejection appear?
Does the phrase seem meaningful?
Does it produce nothing?
Does something different arise spontaneously?
The response of the phenomenon determines whether we continue in that direction.
PLACES
If, during the Constellation, a configuration appears in which she seems to occupy a particular position in relation to one of her parents, we can investigate it.
For example:
“YOU ARE MY FATHER.”
“I AM YOUR DAUGHTER.”
or:
“YOU ARE MY MOTHER.”
“I AM YOUR DAUGHTER.”
And we observe.
If she appears to be supporting, caring for, or taking responsibility for one of them, we do not immediately conclude that this explains:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.”
We can test a change of position.
We can increase the distance.
We can allow each representative to find another place.
And observe what happens.
It might also make sense to try:
“THIS IS YOURS.”
or:
“THIS IS MINE.”
We do not begin from the assumption that she necessarily took responsibility for her parents.
WE INVESTIGATE IT IF IT APPEARS.
HER FATHER’S DEATH
We know something important about the history of PC-7-En:
HER FATHER HAS DIED.
This is a fact.
What we do not know in advance is what that fact means to her or what will appear when it is represented.
We can allow her to look at the representative of her father.
And observe.
We can also observe what happens to the representative of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
when she looks at her father.
If appropriate:
“YOU DIED.”
“I MISS YOU.”
“I AM STILL HERE.”
And we observe again.
We do not need to turn:
MY FATHER DIED
into:
THEREFORE, I AM ALONE
or into:
THEREFORE, EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.
Between:
WHAT HAPPENED
and:
WHAT I CONCLUDED FROM WHAT HAPPENED
there is a fundamental space for investigation.
“I’M ALONE”
We can also introduce a representative for:
“I’M ALONE”
without explaining in advance what it means.
The representative may stand between her and her parents.
Next to one of them.
Next to the representative of “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.”
Behind her.
Far away from everyone.
Or it may produce no relevant movement.
Now we can also observe the relationship between the two representatives:
“I’M ALONE” · “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
Do they appear close together?
Do they orient toward each other?
Does one seem to precede the other?
Does no significant relationship appear?
We do not decide in advance that:
“I’M ALONE”
causes:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.”
We investigate it.
If “I’M ALONE” appears related to her father’s death, we can acknowledge reality:
“YOU ARE NO LONGER PHYSICALLY HERE.”
without automatically turning that reality into:
“THEREFORE, I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING ALONE.”
We can try:
“I MISS YOU.”
And observe.
Perhaps later there appears:
“AND I CONTINUE WITH MY LIFE.”
But only if the process leads there.
LOOKING TOWARD HER OWN LIFE
At some point, the possibility may arise of introducing a representative for:
HER LIFE.
Not to force her to “leave her father behind.”
Not to decide that she has to move forward.
Simply to observe what happens when HER LIFE is represented in the configuration.
How does she orient toward this representative?
Can she look at it?
Does she want to move closer?
Does tension appear?
Does she look alternately toward her parents and toward her life?
What happens to “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” when HER LIFE appears?
Does it stand in the way?
Does it accompany her?
Does it move away?
Does nothing change?
Does an unexpected movement arise?
If a spontaneous movement toward the representative of HER LIFE appears, we can accompany it.
And if it does not appear, we do not need to produce it.
THE MOVEMENT IS NOT IMPOSED.
IT IS OBSERVED.
WORK · SUCCESS · CAPACITY
In PC-7-En, there is a strong orientation toward doing, creating, solving, and achieving.
We can introduce a representative for:
WORK
or:
SUCCESS
or even:
CAPACITY
And observe.
We do not assume that success is compensation.
We do not assume that work is an escape.
We do not assume that achieving things is a way of saving her parents.
We can also observe what relationship appears between these representatives and:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME.”
They may appear connected.
They may appear completely separate.
A configuration we had not considered may arise.
If a significant relationship appears, we can investigate it.
And only then might it make sense to try:
“WHAT I ACHIEVE WILL NOT CHANGE WHAT YOU WENT THROUGH.”
or:
“I CAN CREATE SOMETHING BECAUSE I WANT TO.”
And observe.
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” AND THE POSSIBILITY OF RECEIVING
One territory that may deserve particular attention in PC-7-En is the relationship between:
TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
and:
RECEIVING
But we do not need to decide in advance that she “doesn’t know how to receive.”
We can introduce a representative for:
RECEIVING
and observe.
What happens to her?
And what happens to the representative of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”?
We can also compare by introducing representatives for:
GIVING ← HER → RECEIVING
or introduce a representative for:
HELP
What happens when HELP appears?
What happens when it moves closer?
What happens to “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” when HELP is present?
What happens when the possibility of asking for help appears?
What sensation arises?
What emotion?
What meaning?
Perhaps there appears:
“THEY WILL LET ME DOWN.”
“I WILL LOSE CONTROL.”
“I WILL BE A BURDEN.”
“I WILL OWE THEM SOMETHING.”
“IT IS SAFER TO DO IT MYSELF.”
Or something completely different may appear.
Only then can we deepen the investigation through AE-7:
WHAT WOULD HAVE TO BE TRUE FOR NOT RECEIVING TO MAKE SENSE?
Difficulty receiving does not, by itself, tell us what the root is.
It may open territories related to:
SAFETY · BELONGING · ADEQUACY · POWER · SIGNIFICANCE · INNER AUTHORITY
or to a meaning we have not yet considered.
If appropriate, we can try:
“I CAN GIVE.”
“I CAN RECEIVE.”
“I CAN ASK FOR HELP.”
“I CAN DECIDE WHEN I WANT TO DO IT ON MY OWN.”
We are not trying to lead her from self-reliance toward dependence.
Nor do we need to decide that interdependence is the solution.
The movement we want to investigate is deeper:
AUTOMATISM → CAPACITY TO CHOOSE
She can do it on her own.
She can ask for help.
She can receive.
She can collaborate.
She can set a boundary.
She can decide that something is not her responsibility.
FREEDOM LIES IN BEING ABLE TO CHOOSE.
IF A PREVIOUS GENERATION APPEARS
We expand toward previous generations only when there is a reason to do so.
Representatives for grandparents, great-grandparents, or other members of the system might be introduced if:
there is relevant family information,
the configuration points toward them,
or:
their inclusion allows us to test a hypothesis that has emerged during the work.
Representatives for events or experiences such as:
LOSSES · DEATHS · ABANDONMENTS · MIGRATIONS · EXCLUSIONS · EARLY RESPONSIBILITIES
might also be introduced if there is sufficient reason to investigate them.
And perhaps we find a configuration such as:
GRANDMOTHER → MOTHER → HER
or:
GRANDFATHER → FATHER → HER
with several generations of people who had to become strong, work, solve problems, or support others.
Then we can ask:
DOES THIS WAY OF “TAKING RESPONSIBILITY” ALSO APPEAR IN OTHER GENERATIONS?
And we can observe what happens to the representative of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
when those generations are present.
Perhaps we find similar expressions:
“I CAN DO IT ON MY OWN.”
“I CAN’T DEPEND ON ANYONE.”
“IF I DON’T DO IT, NO ONE WILL.”
But:
REPETITION DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN TRANSMISSION.
SIMILARITY DOES NOT PROVE CAUSALITY.
We can observe it.
Explore it.
See what happens when several generations are represented.
And allow the Constellation to provide new information.
If the process allows it, we might try:
“I SEE HOW YOU DID IT.”
“I RESPECT YOUR STRENGTH.”
“AND I WANT TO DISCOVER HOW I WANT TO DO IT.”
DOES DOING IT DIFFERENTLY THREATEN HER SENSE OF BELONGING?
When a way of living repeats across several generations, another territory of investigation may appear.
People sometimes speak of family or ancestral loyalties.
We do not need to assume that a loyalty exists.
We can investigate it.
If her mother, grandmother, or other family members lived lives marked by responsibility, strength, or self-reliance:
WHAT HAPPENS IF SHE DOES IT DIFFERENTLY?
What happens if she receives help?
What happens if she rests?
What happens if she does not solve the problem?
What happens if someone supports her?
What happens if her life is easier than her mother’s or grandmother’s?
What happens if she has more resources, freedom, or possibilities?
And what happens then to the representative of:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”?
Nothing may happen.
Or there may appear:
GUILT · FEAR · SADNESS · DISTANCE · DISCOMFORT · SENSE OF BETRAYAL · FEAR OF NO LONGER BELONGING
Only then do we investigate.
We can even introduce representatives for:
BELONGING · DOING IT LIKE THEM · DOING IT DIFFERENTLY
and observe what happens in the configuration when these elements are represented.
A possible movement:
“I SEE HOW YOU DID IT.”
“I AM PART OF THIS FAMILY.”
“AND I WANT TO DISCOVER WHETHER I CAN DO IT DIFFERENTLY.”
And here we can return to AE-7:
WHAT WOULD HAVE TO BE TRUE FOR REPEATING THIS WAY OF LIVING TO MAKE SENSE?
Perhaps BELONGING appears.
Perhaps SAFETY appears.
Perhaps another root.
Or perhaps we discover that there is no significant relationship with belonging at all.
THE HYPOTHESIS GUIDES.
THE PERSON REVEALS THE MEANING.
NOT EVERYTHING WE FIND IN THE SYSTEM IS A BURDEN
Broadening our perspective toward previous generations does not mean looking only for:
TRAUMAS · LOSSES · EXCLUSIONS · ABANDONMENTS · DIFFICULTIES
We may also find:
STRENGTH · RESILIENCE · CREATIVITY · CAPACITY · COURAGE · INITIATIVE · KNOWLEDGE · RESOURCES
Perhaps the capacity of the person in PC-7-En to support herself, work, and keep moving forward is not something she needs to abandon.
It may contain extraordinarily valuable resources.
The question changes.
It is not only:
WHAT DO I NEED TO LEAVE BEHIND?
We can also ask:
WHAT DO I WANT TO KEEP?
WHAT DO I WANT TO DEVELOP?
AND WHAT NO LONGER NEEDS TO ORGANIZE MY LIFE?
Perhaps she wants to preserve:
CAPACITY · RESPONSIBILITY · STRENGTH · AUTONOMY · INITIATIVE
without needing to maintain:
VIGILANCE · OVERLOAD · ISOLATION · CONTROL · INABILITY TO RECEIVE
We are not trying to take away what made her strong.
We are trying to distinguish:
RESOURCE
from:
OBLIGATION.
Being able to be strong is different from having to be strong.
Being able to solve problems is different from feeling that everything depends on her.
Being able to do it alone is different from believing that she cannot rely on anyone.
CULTURE · PLACES · ROOTS
Sometimes family history does not appear only through people or events.
It may also be connected to:
COUNTRIES · MIGRATIONS · OCCUPATIONS · CULTURE · LANGUAGE · CUSTOMS · PLACES · MUSIC · FOOD · WAYS OF LIFE
If any of these elements is significant for her, it can become part of the exploration.
Where did her family come from?
What did they have to leave behind?
What did they preserve?
What values crossed generations?
What ways of living were necessary in a particular context?
What capacities emerged from those experiences?
What stories were told?
What stories stopped being told?
Photographs, documents, places, music, food, or traditions can help us come into contact with aspects of our history that we had not previously observed.
Not because they automatically possess therapeutic power.
Not because they prove ancestral transmission.
But because they can broaden our understanding of:
THE HISTORY THAT CAME BEFORE US.
WHAT DOES SHE WANT TO TAKE WITH HER?
After looking back, a fundamental question appears:
WHAT DO I WANT TO KEEP FROM ALL OF THIS?
WHAT DO I WANT TO DEVELOP?
AND WHAT DO I WANT TO EXPERIENCE DIFFERENTLY?
Perhaps the person in PC-7-En does not want to stop being strong.
Perhaps she wants to stop feeling that she always has to be.
Perhaps she does not want to stop taking responsibility.
Perhaps she wants to be able to distinguish:
WHAT IS MINE
from:
WHAT I DO NOT NEED TO CARRY.
Perhaps she does not want to stop being autonomous.
Perhaps she wants to discover that she can also:
RECEIVE · ASK · REST · TRUST · COLLABORATE · SHARE RESPONSIBILITY
when she chooses to.
Then:
“I CAN DO IT ON MY OWN”
does not need to disappear.
What may stop automatically organizing her life is:
“I HAVE TO DO IT ON MY OWN.”
WE MAKE A MOVEMENT AND OBSERVE AGAIN
This is one of the keys of PC-7-A-En.
We are not trying to construct a perfect Constellation.
We are not trying to prove an ancestral theory.
We are not trying to arrive at an image that we have already decided is correct.
We make small movements.
We can:
change a position,
change a distance,
introduce a representative for a new element,
remove a representative,
test a phrase,
allow someone to move closer,
allow distance,
or simply:
WAIT.
Then we observe again.
WHAT HAS CHANGED?
WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED?
WHAT NEW INFORMATION HAS APPEARED?
The response determines the next step.
A POSSIBLE FINAL MOVEMENT
We do not know what the final image of a real Constellation will be.
A configuration such as this might appear:
FATHER · MOTHER
↓
HER
↓
HER LIFE
while “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” has found another place within the configuration.
Or perhaps it remains close to her.
Or its relationship with her changes.
Or it experiences no significant movement at all.
We do not need to arrive at any particular configuration.
Nor do we need to finish with a specific phrase.
If the process allows it, expressions such as these might appear:
“YOU ARE MY PARENTS.”
“I AM YOUR DAUGHTER.”
“I SEE SOMETHING OF WHAT YOU WENT THROUGH.”
“I RESPECT YOUR HISTORY.”
“I RECOGNIZE THE STRENGTH THAT IS ALSO PART OF IT.”
And perhaps:
“I DON’T NEED TO LIVE EVERYTHING IN THE SAME WAY IN ORDER TO CONTINUE BELONGING.”
Then she may look toward the representative of her own life.
Not to abandon those who came before her.
Not to reject her history.
But to discover:
HOW DO I WANT TO LIVE NOW?
And perhaps the experience can be expressed as:
“I CAN SUPPORT MYSELF WITHOUT HAVING TO CARRY EVERYTHING.”
Or:
“I CAN BE STRONG WITHOUT HAVING TO BE STRONG ALL THE TIME.”
Or:
“I CAN DO MY PART WITHOUT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYTHING.”
Or simply:
“I CAN CHOOSE.”
We are not looking for the correct phrase.
We observe which one, if any, makes sense to her.
THE MOVEMENT OF PC-7-A-En
WE BEGIN
HER · FATHER · MOTHER · representative of “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
↓
WE OBSERVE
POSITION · DISTANCE · ORIENTATION · GAZE · TENSION · MOVEMENT
↓
WE NAME ONLY WHAT APPEARS
without deciding in advance what it means
↓
WE INVESTIGATE
WHAT IS THIS PHENOMENON EXPRESSING?
↓
WE EXPAND ONLY IF NECESSARY
introducing only representatives for people, events, or elements whose inclusion is justified by the phenomenon or by relevant information:
“I’M ALONE” · HELP · RECEIVING · LIFE · WORK · SUCCESS · GRANDPARENTS · PREVIOUS GENERATIONS · LOSSES · EXCLUDED PEOPLE · BELONGING · STRENGTHS · RESOURCES
↓
WE TEST A MOVEMENT
a position · a distance · a representative · a phrase
↓
WE OBSERVE AGAIN
↓
WHAT HAS CHANGED?
WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED?
WHAT NEW INFORMATION HAS APPEARED?
↓
WE REMOVE OR INTRODUCE ONLY THE REPRESENTATIVES THAT ARE NECESSARY
↓
THE PHENOMENON GUIDES THE NEXT STEP.
The Family Constellation does not need to demonstrate why the person in PC-7-En became a woman capable of taking responsibility for so many things.
Nor does it need to demonstrate that:
“EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME”
comes from her parents or from previous generations.
The representative of “EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON ME” allows us to observe what happens in the configuration when that experience is represented.
It does not demonstrate where it comes from.
A significant relationship with her family system may appear.
A repetition across generations may appear.
Something completely different may appear.
Or no significant ancestral connection may appear at all.
ALL OF THESE POSSIBILITIES ARE VALID.
If a repetition appears, we do not need to ask only:
“WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?”
We can add a question that may be even more important:
“WHAT DOES DOING IT DIFFERENTLY MEAN TO ME?”
And from there, we can return to AE-7:
BEHAVIOR → STRATEGY → EMOTION → FEAR → MEANING → PRISON → ESSENTIAL ROOT
and ask:
WHAT WOULD HAVE TO BE TRUE FOR THIS STRATEGY TO MAKE SENSE?
The ancestral perspective can broaden the territory.
Family Constellations can show us a phenomenon.
AE-7 can help us investigate the meaning that organizes the experience.
And the person can discover what she wants to preserve, what she wants to question, and what she wants to experience differently.
