5 Levels Healing Team Project

This project aims to create a multidisciplinary team of 3 to 5 people, where each member specializes in one or more of the five levels of integral healing: physical, bioenergetic, mental-emotional, transpersonal, and spiritual.

The 5 Levels model is based on a holistic vision of the human being and proposes that true healing occurs when several levels are addressed simultaneously — with special focus on the one where the imbalance or conflict originates.
By integrating different professionals —each from their own area of expertise— a more complete, profound, and transformative process of accompaniment emerges.

🌿 The 5 Bodies or Levels of Healing

A synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern discoveries:

  • Physical Body: The foundation. Influenced by nutrition, toxins, rest, and lifestyle.

  • Electromagnetic Body: Regulates the nervous system; harmonized through acupuncture, breathwork, and other energetic techniques.

  • Mental-Emotional Body: Stores memories, traumas, and beliefs that affect our biology.

  • Transpersonal Body: Reveals unconscious family dynamics, hidden loyalties, and systemic bonds.

  • Spiritual Body: The inner space of connection with the Self and the natural capacity for self-healing.

Healing involves addressing several levels simultaneously, though it is crucial to focus on the level where the imbalance or conflict originated.

  • Specialists with an ethical, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to holistic wellbeing.

  • Professionals with real experience in one or more levels of healing, willing to work in a team to support deep processes of transformation and healing.

  • Experts who are already part of the Ecomonedas ecosystem or are in the process of joining it.
